Been looking for a decent online casino for slots. I like the look of this as it is very bright and colourful. The display is also very clear with a large enough font for my iPhone Mini.
Down side is playing for the first time it crashed and this really not a good start when real money is involved. Decided to give it a miss and cash out. This gave the next red flag when they asked for personal bank details, like account number and sort code, really not what you want from a random App. Saying they need it in case your bank refuses the withdrawal they send you. Never heard of this on any of the other Casino Apps i have tried.

Scam in Alberta
Iāve already contacted the Alberta liquor and gaming commission to report the scam site. They take your deposit, no problem, but when you have winnings and want to get paid out, then they make you jump through hoops, and never verify you and will not pay you your money. First, they say you need to upload the Bank or credit card you used to deposit money, thatās a major red flag - No other online casino does that. Then once you do do that they ask you to upload a ādocument,ā they donāt specify what document they want, youāre just supposed to guess. Google helped me out and let me know they needed my ID so I uploaded that. After that, they needed another ādocument,ā again not advising what document they need. Google says this is proof of where your money came from. I have tried uploading my bank statement to show that I have a job that deposits onto my account, and then uploaded my employment paystub, but neither of these were sufficient, it keeps declining it. I emailed them, but they have not responded. I followed up with them, but they again have not responded. The online chat is just a bot that is completely useless. Theyāre thieves.

Donāt trust them
A clunky app and a company that seems shady. After putting money in to work towards a bonus- it turns out the my account was put on a āpromotions lockā making me ineligible for rewards. I asked why and have been told no reason. This goes against gambling commission and looking to take this up with them. They have claimed an email was sent but I have not received anything on the date they state. There are much better gaming apps out there so feel like i need to cut my losses with these, close my account and leave a review to hopefully prevent others doing the sameā¦

Rude and complicated
They take your money without any issues or verification but when you want to withdraw they have every excuse not to give your money back and blame it on the law. Lol the help āspecialistsā will accuse you of having a gambling problem and send you emails about irresponsible gambling help.. send links for gambling help.. everything except help you get your verification settled and your money withdrawn. They are ālegalā but they definitely find loopholes in the regulations to be able to scam you out of your money. DO NO RECOMMEND ONE BIT.

Worst app Iāve tried
Stay away from this app. I have no clue how they got their overall rating, but it is a complete money grabbing scam. I was not allowed to withdraw the money I had deposited, reached out 5 seperate times for help and each time was either ignored or told to wait whilst the situation is escalated. Nothing ever came of my withdrawal issues, seems like the company wonāt let you withdraw your money until you spend it back on their games. It is impossible to win, itās a downhill slope that will only end in the app gradually draining whatever money you deposit.

Not counting leaderboard points!
Iāve been opted in to a rulette mission that supposed to count points depending on how much your stake is, however after playing with a lot of money I donāt ended up on 0 point. It can be a system problem, I get it. The main problem is that I spoke to their help chat, provided everything they asked and they told me someone will be in contact from the team that deals with this. Nothing. No one reached out at all for days. So I wrote an email to them, and again nothing. Still havenāt heard anything from them at all. Very very bad customer service.

Terrible
I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I have been back and forth with the OJO staff regarding my funding evidence and any other documentation. I was approved and tried to withdraw my money but was told I couldnāt. I then emailed the team asking if there was more documentation needed and was ignored a total of three times. Staff have terrible communication skills. App is terrible.

Customer Service Not Good
Played on the site for well over a year. Lost my option for withdrawal through Interac which is how I would deposit. After talking to customer service it was reinstated only to be removed as an option a short time later. The only option left available for withdrawal was then a wire transfer. Tried multiple times with different and agents and multiple escalations only to be told it couldnāt be fixed. Takes sometimes 5 DAYS to get funds. Ridiculous turn around time. Used to get money within hour sometimes less. Play mostly on a difference app now and I get money within 10 minutes.
