Promos not honored reliably
I don’t review casinos on whether I win or lose. I typically don’t rate them at all as they’re more or less the same. Playstar gets this one star review because they have on multiple occasions not paid a bet and get promotion. I emailed support about the issue and it’s now three days without a resolution. I provided proof to them and a clear concise explanation of the issue. Note we are talking about a collective total of $10 so it’s not like some next level
Investigation is needed. If they’re so complacent over a small issue like this, I shudder to think what a big issue would be.
My advice- stick to MGM and its partners. They have no BS promotions and responsive customer support.

Hello. I really enjoy the variety of games you have to offer. Win or lose i will always come back to play as much as i can.
