I would not recommend opening a PlayStar account based on my experience with their promotions.
They offered me a promotion where, for example, if you deposit $20, they match your deposit. What I did not realize was that accepting the promotion came with wagering requirements that could prevent me from cashing out my money.
When I tried to cash out, I was told by customer service that because I was on a promotion, I could not withdraw until I completed the wagering requirement.
Customer service told me:
“Your wagering requirement now sits at $485.80 left to be played. You’re also able to track this from your end via the My Offers page.”
So basically, after depositing and accepting the promotion, I was told I had to wager another $485.80 before I could withdraw.
My issue is that the promotion may look like you’re simply getting extra money for your deposit, but there are wagering restrictions attached to it that can make it difficult to access your money once you want to cash out.
My advice: Before depositing or accepting ANY PlayStar promotion, read every single term and condition and make sure you understand the wagering requirement and withdrawal restrictions.
I’m sharing my experience so other people can make an informed decision before putting their money into the site. Don’t assume that a deposit match means you can deposit, play, and withdraw whenever you want.

This app is very shady. They locked my account then the customer service interface kept causing issues. I reached out to them personally to unlock my account and receive my money and they have been MIA. They asked me to verify my identity several times and each time either took way too long to respond or went silent for weeks. I have still yet to log into my account and they do not message me anymore. This is a serious security issue since they have my license and social. Do not do business with this company or their side business named Jackie Casino.
