No support on cashing out
This app used to take about a week or two to process a crash out for a gift card but now it’s taking about a month or two and I still aren’t able to cash out and even when I tried contacting for help I haven’t received a response
Doesn’t pay
I been on “cashouts are pending” randomly after reaching my threshold, I’ve attempted to contact customer service twice with 2 day waiting period and nothing! This app is a total waste of time!

Don’t give me wrong. I love this app and I’m working to get my first Robux gift card but there’s this glitch. I’m experiencing where the arcade does not give me any games to download at all and I was just wondering if you guys could fix that please
where is the option for roblox gift cards?
the images displayed on the app store show you can redeem gems for roblox gift cards, but when i opened the app i couldn’t find that option. where is it??

Do not use. They make up eligibility rules just so they don’t have to pay out. AVOID!!
It worked once.
I did one successful cash out. Waited to do another one once I had built up a nice sum. The second one has been pending for almost two weeks. I opened a ticket with the support team after a few days. They responded that day, and then stopped responding. It shows when they are online, but I still haven’t heard back from them.

i thought i had been ghosted but finally after about 2 weeks and a few days my cash out was approved. Even though it took awhile I’m simply glad it works. Im sure to recommend this app to people i know thank you. 🥹 ignore my previous reviews

If it’s for four year olds and older…. Why is it asking for a darn zip code!? I didn’t even know what a zip code was til I was eight!

This app is a scam guys like it just collects your info and you won’t make any money.
Warning!
This app is a scam! I spent my time collecting gems and when it was time to payout I never received my money. It said cash out pending for days. I tried contacting support and for days I’ve yet to hear anything from them.. I repeat this app is a scam and the support team provides little to no help.
Stopped working
I did one withdrawal and every thing was fine. Now it’s stopped working. I click on the daily chest and it doesn’t add any points to my score. Game I was playing and it was the one where I got enough points to cash out has also stopped updating points. This is sad because it was a good app.
Won’t work without a vpn
I don’t have a vpn and it’s saying I do. Proxy DOESNT exist on iOS so it’s not letting me do surveys at all and I can’t earn gems.
Gems
I was playing a game for gems I reached level 102 but I’m suppose to do 100 it’s been over 48 hours and I never got my 215 gems I’m so mad ughh

I got no money from this at all and it’s been a wee since I requested for a withdrawal
Personal Information
When I went to fill out a survey, it asked for my Date of Birth, my Zipcode, and other information that’s personal. This game is a scam just to steal your information and not even qualify you for surveys.

It tells me I can’t claim rewards
Its keeps on telling me that I cannot claim the rewards after I triple checked on if I had the app installed properly anyone know how to fix it
Cash out
App is good game wise but every now and then I’m having issues withdrawing. I have 2 days trying to get my money to PayPal. It keeps saying couldn’t secure connections.

I played games and earned about 5000 gems I cash out to my cash app but it didn’t go through it kept saying connection not verified even though my connection is perfectly fine they still didn’t pay me
