Very quick to take your money to place bets but when withdrawing your money they will force you to wait for 72 hours and still only get part of the process complete. Customer service is also terrible, they hung up on me and left the chat when I needed support. This is the worst app and still waiting for my money SMHHHH!!!!

TERRIBLE Customer Service
I have been waiting over a month for my account to be verified! I sent in my ID, then two weeks later they say they need a utility bill. I sent in my utility bill three weeks ago and still nothing! I’m convinced SH customer service is just one dude, working part time. I guess you don’t want my business?? Okay then, I’ll take all my action to DraftKings and FanDuel and never spend a penny with you. Screw SugarHouseCT.
