Hello Toby, this app is the free public version for which you need an account at a participating tennis center. Please check your tennis center web site to see if they participate in this program. If they do, register for an account on that web site - and then use the same username and password to log in to this app. Your username will direct you to the correct system and user permissions for booking courts, signing up for events, etc.

Unable to reserve a court

I have never been able to reserve a court through this app. The payment screen doesn’t allow me to add a card to make a payment, and I can’t add a card to my profile either.

Constant errors

Get a long error message each time I try to reserve a time slot

Impossible to complete reservation, therefore useless

When trying to reserve a court, I go to the payment section and the credit card info box pops up, but it’s impossible to enter information. I’ve tapped on every part of it and checked to other buttons, nothing. It’s also irritating to only be able to view each court individually, so there’s basically no reason to use this app.

Multiple Problems

Unable to edit my reservation and cannot exit the app using the menu. Deleted app and downloaded again, however, the problems persist.

Hello elzoa00000001 - We are sorry to hear you are having a problem. This has not been reported to our support center, and we are in able to duplicate an error. Could you please contact your tennis center administrator and ask them to open a support ticket with us? This could be a simple matter of the member set up rules.
