Unexpected Daily Charges
This app was advertised as free, but after entering my phone number and the OTP code, I received a message saying I had been subscribed to a service that charges 0.3 OMR per day.
There was no clear warning before the OTP verification that I would be enrolled in a paid subscription. If the app requires a paid subscription, it should be disclosed clearly before asking users to verify their phone number.
This is misleading and creates a very poor user experience.
