Too many permission to simply open the app
Not much functionality, boring and why does it need my location to just make an appointment?
Plaza+ doesn’t work
I received an add that Plaza+ and this app let you browse stores inventory so you could plan your visit. I downloaded the app but when you click on the Plaza+ section all I get is a grey screen. It doesn't matter if you switch from Caribe to Americas, same thing happens. I sent a screenshot to support and all they said was “reinstall the app” which did nothing to solve the issue. Its pretty much useless.

It’s improved
You can make reservations now cause of the COVID thing. You can also check all the stores there are and see the discounts you can get in places which is also good. I’m an employee so I get good discounts as well. But not being employee doesn’t mean you don’t get discounts. You do need to give your location to the app because I think it just lets you know where in the mall you are when you want to go to a certain store.
