IO Checkout replaces the printed spreadsheet and highlighter you carry into a panel. Import your I/O list, verify every point, track the punch list, and hand your client a professional PDF report before you leave site. Built for solo integrators, controls engineers, commissioning technicians and small OEM machine builders who need the paperwork done properly without dragging a laptop into the field. Everything works offline. There is no account, no server and no sign-in. IMPORT YOUR I/O LIST Export a CSV from Excel and bring it straight in. A mapping screen lets you match your spreadsheet's columns to tag, description, I/O type, address, terminal, signal detail and engineering range, with a live preview before anything is created. Real I/O lists are messy, so the importer expects it: quoted fields with embedded commas, Windows line endings, stray encodings, blank rows and duplicate tags are all handled without losing data or crashing. You can also start an empty project and add points by hand. CHECK POINTS THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY WORK Mark each point Pass, Fail, Punch List or N/A. Every change is stamped with the time and your initials automatically, so the record builds itself while you work. Filter by status or I/O type, search by tag or description, and see progress broken down between passed, failed and punch at a glance. Rows are built for gloves and sunlight: large targets, high contrast, full dark mode support. RAPID MODE One point at a time, full screen. Swipe right to pass, left to fail, or use the oversized buttons — then it advances straight to the next unchecked point. This is the mode for walking a panel with a meter in your other hand. Undo is always one tap away. PHOTO EVIDENCE Attach photos of terminations, nameplates or wiring faults directly to a point, from the camera or your library. They stay with the record and print in the report appendix. PUNCH LIST THAT KEEPS ITS HISTORY Failed and flagged points collect into a dedicated punch list. When an item is fixed, resolve it with a note — the original failure, its date and its photos are all preserved. Your report shows both the problem and the fix, which is exactly what a client wants to see.
