Thank you for your great review and 5 stars. Thank you for your appreciation of the hard work it takes to make an app like this. This app took me long hours over 3 years, but it was worth it. The software I use is LiveCode. It is a small company that most likely is struggling against AI. It is the best mobile app development software on the planet, since it is object oriented and the code can be compiled into iOS, Android, Mac OS and Windows. But, Apple and Android has made it very difficult to get all the approvals and permissions to get apps uploaded to their app stores. Simple programs can be created within a couple of days of downloading LiveCode software. LiveCode offers a trail version, if you are interested. Thanks for trying the app. David

I was hoping that this app would find its way into the classroom to help students better under stand PLCs. I have another app that is designed to help students learn basic PLC programming. The name of that app is "PLC Simulator 2, Ladder Logic". It has animations that interact with the PLC program. David

I understand. I did not want to offend other people's religion and that is why there is a dialog box giving the user the choice NOT to see the Christian prayer. At the same time, for people who are looking for answers to life's questions, I wanted to provide a short prayer. Jesus was the main reason I spent time and money developing this app. Thank you for your 4 stars and your feedback. David
Good app for kids
Sorry to those that were expecting more. I do agree there is room for improvement. Especially in the features and descriptions of actions but overall it is excellent for children. Giving a 3star in hopes the developer continues to work on this app to improve its features. I know it’s meant to be a start up app but I feel like it can be something way better. Kuddos anyways.

It is an excellent PLC app for beginners and that is what it was designed for. It is intended to only test very simple projects and please rated as such. I hope your kids find it to be a good learning app and further their interest in PLCs. Thanks, David
Excellent PLC Trainer program
Review + suggested improvements!
Need to be able to close the app, and reopen to the state you closed it, or swapped apps.
Need to be able to view the challenges in program mode so you can refer back to the requirements as you build your program.
Needs some feedback to let you know when to raise your finger to change a bit or input number.
Also on iPhone XS, some text of the instructions is cut off by the speaker in the middle of the screen.
Otherwise quite handy!
CTD bug
I think the CTD function is bugged. As long as the accumulation value is 0 or less it sends a DN signal. This makes challenge #5 unable to complete.
Also challenge #5 shows CTD preset -1 in the answer when the instruction asks to press PB01 twice to turn off the light. Both resets in the answer are Examine off functions which will reset the counters indefinitely.

Thanks for your for questioning the of the CTD and 5 stars. The functionality of the CTD comes from the Allen-Bradley RS Logix 500 manual, which defines the CTD Done bit to be set only when the Acc is equal to or greater than the Preset. The Examine off instruction used in the reset of the counters works properly , since the CTD C5:1 Done bit is set at the beginning of the exercise, because the Acc is 0 and the Preset is -1 (Acc is greater than the Preset).
