Needs updates!
This app keeps crashing on me. Anytime I try to use anything other than the barcode to scan in I get kicked off the app. I’ve logged out, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, etc. Nothing fixes the issues. I can’t reserve a spot for my kids at the kids court but my wife can. Same make/model of phone. I’ve mentioned this to staff and “we’re working on it”.
So outside of being able to scan in and see your check in history I’ve found this app to be pretty frustrating.

Much better than the previous app it but still some bugs
The previous app for RecPlex members had been neglected for years. Over time, parts of it stopped working, and by now it’s virtually nonfunctional.
This relatively new app is a compete overhaul. It is much improved. You can look up club hours, class schedules, any training appointments you might have, and more.
The app also is linked to your account, so when you first log in, you’ll see info from your account such as your emergency contact, in case you ever need to update any of this information.
Still some bugs to be worked out. The app offers to let you add your bar code for entrance to Apple Wallet, but when you try it, it just gives you an unhelpful error message. Plus, logging into the app is sometimes buggy, and initial setup could be smoother.
I hope they don’t ignore this app for 4+ years like they did with the last one. This app could be actually quite helpful for members, they just need to give it some attention now and then, pay attention to bug reports and resolve them.
