Not very reliable
Used to be good but the quality of service has gone down.

I will separate out my review into three segments: initial impressions of the application, quality of services provided, and my eagerness to use the app again.
Initial Impression:
I am a small business owner and my fiancé recommended this app to me. After reading its summary, I thought to myself “Why not?” There was a minor issue with the initial demo (you must exit the app and reopen it to resume normal operation of the application). The user interface can use some “beautification”, but the general idea is simple and easy to follow along. Send the team a task and they will complete it! In the current state, I give the app a 2 out of 5 on initial impressions.
Quality of Service:
I asked the Please.Do team a relatively vague task to test the quality of their services. After assigning the task I received a verification email and proceeded with the transaction. I was quoted 20 minutes and they were spot on as far as delivery of the completed task.
I am incredibly impressed with how far the team went to complete the task. I could not have done a better job myself. I might have been able to compile the same list of items, but it would have taken me 3-4 times longer.
I give the app a 4 out of 5. The only thing I would change is having the email correspondence integrated into the app itself. I give the Please.Do team a 5 out of 5 on their quality and effort in completing the task.
Eagerness to Use Again:
I am incredibly excited to use this app. Time is incredibly important for a small business owner and I believe I will be able to use this app to improve my workflow and save me a ton of time! If you are a small business, I highly recommend you check this app out.

Cant get a response on task I added over a week ago
Just says it was submitted, but no response at all. It was a very simple task so I don’t get why it would not have been picked up and had a price quoted back to me yet. I just need someone to call dog groomers in the area and try to get a same day or a soon as possible dog grooming appt for my dog. You would think calling around trying to do that would be such an easy way to make a little money that it would have been answered within hours of my submitting it but that’s not the case. Which makes me wonder how often anyone’s tasks ever get a response and actually completed.....

Helped me when I needed it most
Please do helped me out at an event where I needed to keep notes for all of my contacts. They went above and beyond for me. Not only did they send me notes that I can easily add to my crm, they also created calendar appointments for me so I don’t need to think about creating them.

I recently attended a conference and used PleaseDo for the first time to manage new contacts.
I just snapped a photo of a business card, made a recorded note of the conversation and clicked on the Do button.

I needed a sample legal document for a non-profit organization. I doubted if they would be able to find exactly what I wanted and I did not want to spend an hour searching online myself. So, I thought I would give Please.do a shot. They not only found exactly what I was looking for, but in only a few minutes. I will definitely be asking Please.do to please do many other tasks for me.

I have a very busy company and needed some tasks done urgently. This company not only finished their task in a timely manner but VERY VERY FAST! They're detailed and very friendly.
I would like to see a "prettier" app because I do feel it looks kinda old but don't let that scare you away they're very good at what they do!

Didn't know what to do with it
At first I didn't know what to do with the app. But then I started to find all sorts of uses.
When I travel I normally do a lot of research, but I asked the "please doers" to do it for a recent trip, and the results were excellent.
I took a picture of my white board and they converted it to a word doc in only ten minutes, with the drawings and everything.
I even asked them to find a tweed jacket, in my size, at a local store. And they found one within the hour.

I was really impressed at how fast and complete my request was processed. I have referred several of my friends including my hairdresser to confirm his appointments. I have another friend that is using pleaseDo to transcribe his new book.
Huge help
I've used this app for a variety of tasks and it's been a huge help. When a flight was cancelled, please.do found alternate flights home while I waited on hold with the airline. When I bought a car, please.do did the research for me. Overall, great concept that's well executed.

Loved it, better than expected
Over the last couple weeks since I downloaded it, I wasn't sure what kind of value I'd get from using it. The demo provided gave me some great ideas initially.
So I began using the app for some work uses, mainly as a prospecting tool. I used the recording feature, verified the clarity of the voice message, and simply clicked 'do.'
The results I received via email were better than expected. Instead of me spending time scouring the Internet for businesses in certain zip codes, within as little as 15 minutes one time, I got an Excel file in better format than I could've even asked for. I was impressed. I have used the app for this purpose quite a few times, and each time have received perfect results! There's no doubt that this will be a proven money maker as it is sure to make prospecting easier and more efficient.
