Plegium Device Not Found!
Issues with syncing the device…. Please help! I turned on my Bluetooth, Mobile Data is On, and selected Location Always On. I placed the Plegium Smart Pepper Spray next to my mobile and after waiting for it to sync a message appears, “Alert! No Plegium Device Found.” I also tried again lifting up the lid on the spray button and it didn’t work either. I also went to setting and choose “Add Device from Code” and it didn’t work either. What should I do to get it to sync?

Kann mich nur den Kommentar einschließen- man zahlt 50€ für einen Pfefferspray und muss sann noch 4€ Monatlich zahlen für extra features. Ansonsten kann man nur 3 Kontakte hinzufügen und sonst nichts mehr.

Habe mich eigentlich sehr gefreut mich wieder sicherer fühlen zu können aber dem war nicht so. Das Produkt wird "ohne Abonnement" angepriesen und ist auch so, solange man nur 2 Notfallkontakte (was, wenn die beiden in dem Moment nicht erreichbar sind??) und keine Features wie Sprachaufzeichnung, Routenaufzeichnungen usw. haben möchte. Wenn man bedenkt, dass das Gerät (Pfefferspray) an sich schon teuer genug war, finde ich es eine absolute Unverschämtheit noch 3,99€ im Monat zu verlangen von Menschen, die um ihre Sicherheit besorgt sind. Außerdem handelt es sich hierbei um ein Produkt, dass über Leben und Tot entscheiden kann ist es absolut die Falsche Stelle um immer mehr Profit rausschlagen zu wollen.

The product is advertised as "without subscription" and it is, as long as you only want 2 emergency contacts (what if those two are unavailable at the moment??) and no features like voice recording, route tracking, etc. Considering that the device (pepper spray) itself was already expensive enough, I find it absolutely outrageous to charge an additional €3.99 per month from people concerned about their safety. Furthermore, since this is a product that can mean the difference between life and death, it is absolutely the wrong place to try and squeeze out more profit.

NO Customer Service
I bought three emergency buttons for family members, downloaded the app and synced it per the instructions. I tried to set up a login but there was no way to continue. I was sent into an endless loop. NO telephone number for customer service help. Seriously?????
High battery usage
This app accounts for 40% of my battery usage. Completely drained my battery overnight.
country codes
They only have a limited amount of country codes you can use and they don’t let you manually type it out. So there really is no point in this.
