First app I’ve stuck with

I’m at two months of daily use. It works well for me because:
1) more than meal tracking - asks questions and helps me think about why I’m going back for more ice cream, provides tactical evidence based strategies - all in simple chat format
2) logging is simple. If it makes a mistake it’s obvious and easy to fix
3) goals are flexible and chat based - I only wanted to track protein and total calories (I can mange everything else) and so that’s what it does
4) superior to doing this in Claude/Chatgpt where I tried for a month before but didn’t work nearly as well and I quit a week in.
