Terrible experience
Having tried plexus due to gut issues, I did the full exact prescribed regimen every day plus the app articles, recipes, and even workouts. Over all the fact that after 3 months I saw no change in my stomach issues, I canceled and was disappointed. The frustration has come in trying to cancel the subscriptions and end the program. The customer service is unable to help with anything, they say they are still going to charge me annually even though the subscription is canceled, and all the points you earn disappear upon ending the monthly subscription. It not helping was disappointing but understandable- nothing works for every person. But the actual company and customer service issues have me wishing I had never become involved in the first place.

Good but...
Could the pivotal be fixed, i cant get my points for the work outs and nutrition even tho i saved and submitted them, now with week 2 it wont let me save it because it says to complete previous week. I love plexus so i would love to utilize this app more!
