Habits just got even better. Habits in Calendar – your habits now show up right alongside your to-dos and events in Day, Week, and Month view. Habit Alarms – set real alarms for your habits, not just reminders, so you never miss what matters. Today Search – quickly find any task or event with the new expandable search bar right in your Today view. Alarm Indicators – see at a glance which tasks, events, and habits have an alarm set, right from Today and your widgets. Fixed: flexible tasks no longer shuffle order on their own Bug fixes and improvements. Thanks for planning with plnnr. Keep the feedback coming – we read every note.

This is the one!

Best digital task and personal planner I’ve ever used. Super easy to navigate and use, and it keeps me organized. 10/10 would recommend!

Wow let’s gooo thank you!!

Flexible Planning That Finally Fits My Brain

Plnnr is one of the few planner apps that feels both simple and powerful. I love the clean design and thoughtful interface. Having my scheduled tasks at the top and my flexible tasks right below makes it easy to see what has to get done while still giving me the freedom to adjust my day.

One of my favorite features is the To Do section. I can organize tasks into categories like House Manager, Blog, App Reviews, or whatever projects I’m working on, without assigning them to a specific day. Then, when I’m ready, I can easily move those tasks into my schedule. It’s a simple system that keeps my brain organized without making me feel overwhelmed.

I also love how habits are integrated into my daily view. If I want to schedule a habit for a specific time, I can. If not, it stays flexible until I get to it. Completed tasks are still available if I need to reference them, but they stay out of the way so my screen isn’t cluttered.

As someone with AuDHD, this app strikes the perfect balance. It’s simple enough that it never feels overwhelming, yet it’s powerful enough to support all the different systems I use to manage my life. On top of that, the developer is constantly shipping thoughtful updates that make an already great app even better.

Plnnr has quickly become one of my favorite apps, and it’s an easy five-star recommendation.

No iCloud Calendar Support?

Unless I missed something, the only supported calendar is Google… in an iPhone app. Seems like a pretty big swing and a miss. App looks nice, but I’m not paying $50/yr for a todo app. There are cheaper options.

Response from developer

Hey McWetty, totally agree with your review actually, back in March there was a lot still in development. Plnnr is just getting going, you’re joining us in the beginning phase, but we’ve been making a ton of progress over the past few months. Just released v2 yesterday - a huge update with Apple calendar (ical) sync, new UI allowing users to drag n drop from their to do list directly onto their calendar, added alarms so that it’s impossible to miss a zoom call or something super important when your phone is on vibrate, ability to send calendar invites quick with only a few clicks, search functionality to see when you completed certain to do’s… calendar weekly view (monthly coming soon), drag handles on duration, and a few other improvements. V3 in design / development adding ability to challenge yourself and track your discipline/accountability along with desktop app coming very soon. Would love for you to check out the updated app with this new v2 version. Your review means a lot to me ! Thanks buddy, feel free to reach out personally too with any suggestions / feedback.
