PLNT Burger is absolutely fantastic! 🌱💚 Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, and it’s clear that they put real care into their food. The flavors were incredible, the portions were satisfying, and every bite was delicious.
What I especially love is that PLNT proves plant-based food can be exciting, indulgent, and incredibly satisfying—not just “good for vegan food,” but genuinely great food on its own.
I would absolutely recommend PLNT to anyone, whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or just looking for an amazing meal. I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Usability nightmare
The app is clunky confusing and horrible on the eyes. It doesn’t meet accessibility standards either.
Doesn’t work
Every time I try to log into my account, it says “Your number is not supported. Please use a valid mobile number only” and will not let me log in. I have had this number for my mobile phone for over 15 years, and it used to work just fine in a previous version of the app. Now it is completely unusable and I have not only lost access to my points in the app, but also the convenience of being able to order online and pick up my order in the restaurant. I’m not changing my phone number just so I can order food, so if this doesn’t change, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Yay Apple Pay!!
Thank you for adding Apple Pay as a payment option! Now I can stop using Uber Eats to order plnt burger! That was the only thing that made me stop using the app. Love plnt burger!!
Terrible customer service
I have purchased numerous times in person but I can’t recommend delivery because they use door dash and repeatedly match you with drivers that cannot read basic English or steal your food. When you contact support they just give you lip service and do absolutely nothing about your problem. They don’t care. Order at your own risk and don’t make the mistake I did.
