Wiped progress
I’ve spent a fair bit on coins on this game, reached level 388 or thereabouts, go on today and it’s wiped all of my progress and I’m back to the start.

Levels Keep Being Lost
I really love this game but it’s happened twice now where I have been over level 76 and been sent back to level 1. This is extremely irritating and disappointing and there’s no way to fix it
Color blind
I love playing this game but I think there really should be a color blind mode
DON’T DOWNLOAD GAME
The game has a lot bugs with it. You work your way up through the levels and the further you go, the more bugs you’ll find. The bugs with the game cost you money! Example: the cats are all gone and put away and yet the timer is still going like there’s a cat still on the board - you loose all of your progress and it costs you more money. Reaching out to customer support gets you nowhere and goes unanswered. This game is a scam.

Progress lost??
Reached level 189 and it restarted me to level 1. I clicked restore, and it did. But a week later the same thing happened and I lost all my progress and can’t get it back.

Nah bro, there’s plenty of reviews complaining about this so fix it. I didn’t work that hard to get reset and I’m not playing it again to get where I was
Keeps starting over
I like this game but twice now it’s randomly restarted me at level 1. Very annoying. Not sure I’ll go through all the levels again just to be wiped out at level whatever it was, one or two hundred something. Less stressful than Drop the Cat, as a plus.

I was never able to access the game cause it was stuck on the loading screen and never loaded so I never got to play😔
Keeps resetting
I really enjoy this game but twice it has completely reset to the very beginning! I even spent money on it. Extremely frustrating!
Bugs bugs bugs
I’ve been playing this game for months and made it to around level 400 two times only for the game to reset itself. I see other reviews saying the same thing. There are constant bug fixes yet stuff like this persists. I have been tempted to purchase in-game content in the past but never will if this continues to happen.

Love it, except for the crashes
Three times now I have gotten up to 200 or 300 levels to open the app the next time to be back at level 1. Very frustrating! Please fix this and share it has been fixed so I am confident in being able to keep playing.
Interesting game but Annoying animations
Why do they think it’s a good idea to play a few seconds of animation after movements in a timed game…
Also, the “Shutter Wall” animation does not showing right, making it impossible to play.

Level 96 does not work
All is great until Level 96. The timer is off and doesn’t allow for completion in any way, even with special features.
I’m upset
I was on level +200 and then the game reset so I had to start all over again. I am currently stuck on level 187 and I’m unable to clear it because it’s broken! Someone fix this please. I’m upset.

Back to level 1 after pricing several packages and being over level 200. Fun game…if it actually worked!

Unwinnable level 187 update level 223
There is a purple cat box that needs 16 but there are only 8 purple cats. I wasted 2400 coins, once before the level to get rid of a block but it didn’t work at all, then during play and sure enough, only 8 of the cats were cleared from that block. The block has a brown frame to get the final brown remaining cats, but since the purple can’t clear, the brown cats cannot be cleared, even with power ups. Unwinnable. I have tried doing things in other orders, but the problem remains.
Also, the option to extend time by watching ad frequently causes the heaven challenge screen to lock keeping me from returning to game play after having watched the ad. This happens roughly 2/3 of the time. I figure you owe me several powerups I would have earned with the extra time and definitely the 2400 wasted coins. I cannot continue to play unless you fix this bug on level 187.
*I updated the game and there were 16 purple cats! Nice fix. Will continue to play and will give more stars - will give full stars if my losses are compensated.
*Played two levels, then needed to buy a wand to eliminate the timed pink block. Nearly finished, clicked and watched ad for the 20 seconds I needed - only 2 boxes left, but the freeze on the Heavenhold screen happened again. You owe me another 1200 coins. Brought you back to 2 stars.

Support is nonexistent
Fun time waster, but definitely don’t spend any money on it. Lost all progress recently and started back at level one, with any tools I had gone. They finally fixed the issue with level 187 with the most recent update but no tools or coins have been returned. I have emailed support a number of times about the recent issues as well as some minor ones previously, no response to any of them.
