Plotaverse has been a wonderful creative outlet for me. It gave me a new way to tell stories through motion and helped me build a portfolio of work I’m truly proud of. Watching still images come to life never gets old, and the app continues to inspire my creativity every day.
CRASHES CONSTANTLY
I have an 13in M5 iPad Pro 1TB. PLOTAVERSE has crashed on every iPad Pro I have had. This is the 3rd one. It is waaayyy more than capable. I figured that PLOTAVERSE on this one would somehow work. I’m not even getting the videos barely started to where anything would cause this. I give up. I can never finish even one task without the constant interruptions of crashing. Thank goodness I didn’t waste any money on this app. It’s sad. I’ve always thought it had such potential. I won’t even get started on the fact that AI is taking over every creative app. I won’t even bother with that portion of this. Smh!

What the heck
I’ve had this app forever. It took me a long time to figure out how to navigate it. But never mind. You guys made us buy everything. Now, we can’t access those thing. because you can’t us to join a club to access the things behind the bar - that we own? ya ok.
Broken
This app used to be amazing. Then they tried to make you pay for everything over and over again. I used to be able to sneak by the bloat, but now I can’t even get in. Sad.
Downloading problemas
Ir a almos imposible to download pictures from the iPhone. What is wrong!!!

App stopped loading images. Tech help 100% non -responsive. Too bad as I paid for this app and it is dead.

I am a 63 year old newbie, no training whatsoever, but I love this. The imagination can go anywhere you want to take it and you can make anything you wanna make and this is just the first steppingstone because it teaches you how to create more and more and it challenges you to create more and more. And what better thing in life is there than to learn no matter what age you are learn create make. That’s what I can see the future in the universe always give it a try never play you didn’t try. I started off with one little picture on my own with just one picture and I said that was gonna be the first of many and here I am and this is a fantastic program to work with. It also really helps confidence.

App doesn’t work like it did when I used it last
Used to have an effect that would make it look like waves, waterfalls, snow, etc is moving “infinitely” on a still image. You can’t make these anymore? When I used this app last in 2017 it worked just fine and was simple. I still have the original video I made in my camera roll to verify this is in fact the app I used. I had to uninstall it out of frustration.

Everytime you do an update something else comes down. It’s ridiculous, many of us use these video editing tools.

First this is my favorite app! I use it almost every day! I just have a question, is there a limit to how many FX can download to use? I do have quite a few,but when I try to look nothing shows up but the search. If I try to search for something it just stays blank. Thanks in advance for your reply It is now August 10th. I still can’t get the any FX to see, let alone download. So how much longer till you find and remove the “bugs”

I went to use the app and a form showed up to join. Filled form out and tapped already joined. Said my password was wrong. Asked to send email to change password. This was yesterday. Still haven’t received email. I tried 4 times-nothing. Sent emails twice to “ contact us “
How do I get back on the app! My subscription doesn’t renew until September!

Totally understand your frustration! With the new update that we did including the plotamotion app there were a few bugs that we couldn't detect before we launched it. Sometimes that happens. We are working like crazy to get this fixed and all set. We really appreciate your honesty and feedback and hope that you may try our app out again soon. The next update with be in a couple days.

After this latest update Plotoverse now wants my date of birth, my email address, username and password.
To be honest I never understood why an app would want that or need any user to give that info so I decided to Google it.
Turns out then the app can share it or sell it to who knows!

What the app calls animation looks like the image is just moved and has fade transitions.
Canceling Subscription
I am canceling my subscription because no one features my calls about being able to log into my account. I went the entire 2024 unable to access my account with no help.
