SUCKS FOR HOSTS
If you’re just buying tickets for an event it’s fine but if you’re hosting you’re events thru plots be ready to never receive a reply when you have an issue, I’ve sent multiple emails and I’ve contacted support thru the app and never revived a reply. Also tried to dm on Instagram. I had to stop using plots due to the lack of costumer service.

I’m a event coordinator and I wanted to try someone new for a app to use. However I made some money from a event and it won’t let me transfer it into my account and I been contacting their support team however they never respond back this is very very anoyying and just makes this app look like a joke smh

Do not update. Major bugs
Lost all host controls after update. Been emailing Plots repetitively to download older version or any type of fix

The app itself is great but I had issues with my account and they never reply to my email I also texted the number and they never replied I had to triple text and never got an answr I had to create a brand new account and lost all my followers

I GOT SCAMMED IN MIAMI
I got scammed through this app literally paid $50 for a party that I never had the chance to go to because the promoters scammed me and many people that were waiting at the location. It’s so sad how I tried going to a Halloween party trying to have fun with family and friends and ended up getting scammed. Can you imagine getting scammed in THIS ECONOMY?!? Spending money that I DONT HAVE while just trying to distract myself and have fun and celebrate a holiday?!?! The promoters are also creeps (party.vice)

App asking for way too much
Just wanted my ticket for a party. Why am I being forced to subscribe To messages, give u my instagram & upload a photo of myself. Now I’m getting random spam messages from promoters and randos all day !!! Ridiculous, will not be attending events that use this app. One and done.

I can’t believe I was forced to download this app in order to attend an event, and that app doesn’t even allow me to get a ticket without collecting personal data about me, nor does it function to let me delete my account. Horrible nonsense and data harvesting and doesn’t even exist for android phones? Why would I have to give my IG account in order to do anything, what if I don’t have an account?

A good app but u need to fix your blocking feature
I get random messages from guys that are probably scamming and I block them but somehow they’re still able to message me , You guys need to fix this , I’ve been getting spammed and I couldn’t do anything about it , FIX YOUR BLOCKING FEATURE!!!
Data mining nonsense
Remember when you could just buy tickets for an event and they'd email you a qr code? Not anymore! Welcome to 2025 where you purchase tickets on a website and then they hold them hostage until you download their app and make a profile on their faux social media platform that's built around harvesting and selling your marketing info! Late capitalist dystopia. Give me my tickets and leave me alone!
