About

PlotsFarm: From seed to sale, in your pocket. The first market garden platform that connects crop planning to payment collection in one tool. PlotsFarm replaces the spreadsheets, Venmo, and disconnected apps small farms use today with a single product that takes a grower from seed to sale. This iPhone companion is your field surface. The web app at plots.farm handles planning, scheduling, and operations; this app handles everything that happens with your hands in the dirt. WALK YOUR BEDS Open the Walk Beds tab and your beds are grouped by field and listed in natural order. Filter to one field, then tap any bed to see its recent observations, harvests, and 30-day pest pressure. SCAN A BED, LAND ON ITS PAGE Print bed QR labels from the web, stake them at each bed, and scan in the field to jump straight to that bed's detail page. Works offline: the QR encodes everything needed to identify the bed with no API call. LOG A HARVEST IN 8 SECONDS Pull up a planting, enter the quantity, optionally snap a photo or dictate a voice note. Submit. Inventory updates and the planting's actual yield gets recorded. Voice transcription happens entirely on your device; nothing leaves your phone. SCOUT PESTS WITH ONE TAP Every scout starts on "Unknown bug," so you can log something you can't identify on the spot, photograph it, and name it later. Or pick from a shared pest catalog and score pressure 0 to 5. Each bed builds a 30-day pressure heatmap so you spot trends before they become outbreaks. REVIEW WHAT YOU CAPTURED Everything you log is readable right on the phone. Browse your observation log, open one for a full-screen photo gallery with pinch-to-zoom, and play back voice notes inline. IDENTIFY WHAT'S WRONG Snap a yellowing leaf or an unfamiliar bug and get likely candidates to help you identify plant-health issues and pests from a photo. YOUR TASKS, FILTERED YOUR WAY A segmented control on the Tasks tab flips between Today, This Week, Overdue, and All, with a My-tasks / All-tasks scope. Tap to complete, or open a task to see details, reschedule it, or complete it with a note. Tasks come from your crop plan, your recurring templates, or one-off entries you add from the web. ON YOUR WRIST A companion Apple Watch app puts the field essentials on your wrist: today's tasks with tap-to-complete, quick harvest logging, a hold-the-Digital-Crown voice note, one-tap pest scouting, and a weather and frost-watch complication. STAY INFORMED Push notifications for the morning summary, frost watch, expiring lots, and pest pressure thresholds. Each category has its own toggle in Settings. SIGN IN FAST Sign in with a passkey using Face ID or Touch ID, Continue with Google, or use email and password. Tap a plots.farm link and it opens straight in the app. WORKS OFFLINE Open today's tasks, your beds, and recent observations with no signal. The app reads from a local cache, and anything you log queues on device and syncs when you're back in range. Photos save instantly and upload in the background. FIELD-READY High-contrast colors for sunlight. Big touch targets for gloves. Dark mode. Imperial or metric units. WHO IT'S FOR Small-scale diversified growers: market gardeners, CSA farms, flower farms, urban micro-farms. Typically 0.5 to 10 acres of intensive production, selling through markets, CSA subscriptions, pre-orders, farm stands, and small wholesale. If you've been duct-taping a planning spreadsheet to a Stripe account to a clipboard, PlotsFarm is the tool you've been waiting for. A COMPANION, NOT A REPLACEMENT This iPhone app is the field surface. Sign up at plots.farm to access the full platform: crop planner, succession scheduling, bed and field maps, harvest reports, CSA subscriptions, online store, and Stripe-powered payments. The phone and web stay in sync. Questions? support@plots.farm Privacy: plots.farm/legal/privacy Terms: plots.farm/legal/terms

What's New in PlotsFarm

1.1

July 3, 2026

This is a major update. Since 1.0 the app went from a field-notes companion to a full in-the-field tool. • Apple Watch app: see today's tasks and tap to complete, log a harvest, record a voice note (hold the Digital Crown), and log a pest scout right from your wrist, plus a weather and frost-watch complication for your face. • Works offline: open today's tasks, your beds, and recent observations with no signal in the field; everything syncs when you're back in range. • Photos save instantly: observation and pest-scout photos save the moment you tap Save and upload in the background, so a weak field signal never blocks you. • Review what you captured: browse your observation log with a full-screen photo gallery, pinch-to-zoom, and inline voice-note playback. • Identify what's wrong: snap a leaf or a bug and get likely candidates to help you spot plant-health issues and pests from a photo. • Open and manage a task: tap any task to see details, reschedule it, or complete it with a note. • Faster sign-in: use a passkey (Face ID / Touch ID) or Continue with Google. No password to type. • Stay logged in: fixed an issue that could sign you out every 15 to 20 minutes in the field. • Tap plots.farm links to open straight in the app. • Also new: camera zoom and flash controls, Google Tasks/Calendar sync, fertilization guidance on tasks, and a smoother first run before your farm is set up. • Plus dozens of fixes: fractional harvest weights, correct task due dates across time zones, week alignment, and more.
