LIVE TRACKING IMPROVEMENTS We've rebuilt the connection between your operator's app and the map you see, so the location shown for your plow truck is more accurate and updates more consistently while a route is active. You should notice fewer delays and a live status indicator you can trust — when it says your operator is on the move, they're on the move. MORE DEPENDABLE NOTIFICATIONS The alerts that let you know when your operator is getting close — "5 stops away," "2 stops away," "you're next," and "arriving now" — have been made significantly more reliable. In the past, some of these could be missed depending on how a route was run. That's been fixed, so you can count on getting a heads-up before your driveway or lot gets serviced. SMOOTHER FIRST-TIME SETUP Entering your operator's invite code to connect your account now works more consistently from the very first launch, with clearer feedback if something goes wrong so you're never left guessing. IMPROVED RELIABILITY AND STABILITY We've fixed a number of smaller issues under the hood that could occasionally cause the app to behave unexpectedly, particularly around syncing data. The app should now feel snappier and more consistent across the board. STRENGTHENED ACCOUNT AND DATA SECURITY We've made meaningful improvements to how your data is protected behind the scenes, including tighter controls over who can access account information.
