Won’t work
I put in my library card number and my “pin” and it wont take it.
Disappointed

Another app ruined by fiddlers!
Since they updated it a few days ago, it crashes every time I try to open it.
Can't even log in
What good is the app when I get an error code every time I try to log in? If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Buggy and non-functional
The app experiences frequent bugs and errors. It does not let me sign in half of the time because of an “Authentication Timeout.” It also does not let you make a library card account: Once you fill out all of the information and click submit, it pops up an error message.

Help!
This app won’t stay open on my iPhone. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but same issue. It was working fine before and now not at all. Would have given 5 stars before it started forcing closed immediately upon opening it. It’s a worthless app if you can’t actually use it. 😩

Great way to access library resources on the go
I like the fresh new look and the menu revamp. I can see my account info in a snap! The UPC barcode scanner makes it easy to search the catalog and it’s fun to use. Being able to see and register for programs is great!
A good app
A good app but could be better. Compared to other apps, in 2018, this one seems like it’s from when apps first came out. The discover process and home page could be better. When placing holds I was told you would be able to see how many were also holding it, after going back in and placing a hold this did not happen. I just think it could be a lot more user friendly, especially for people like me who don’t really have the time to go and browse through a library as often they want. Digital is my best friend because of my personal life and I am sure I am not alone in this.

Awesome!
I love the Flipster integration. It makes reading my favorite magazines so much easier! And the search function makes it a smooth process to place items on hold or check them out immediately through Overdrive. Love it!

Works great. Only thing is that I would like to have a "wish list" that I could add books I want to read, but am not ready to check out.

Simple enough
This is a simple app for placing books on hold and renewing books currently checked out.
I tried to search for a book and it gave me books completely unrelated to the actual title I entered. Once I did find the book I had no idea which format it was available (book, large print or e-book.) It would be nice to know this information and to be able to search for books using title, author and/or format.
I was able to click on the "help" button and it provided the webpage layout which solved the issues I listed above; seems there should be an easier way. ?

Have you tried it since we enabled specific title & author searching - not just keyword searching?
