Not trying to sound rude at all by saying this but when an item on the website is out of stock, it doesn’t let you add it to a Wishlist to go back to later. The only option is to get them to notify you when it’s in stock. Which is fine, but sometimes I like to go back and checked what’s in my wish list so I can narrow it down a bit side by side, except with this website you essentially have to go through everything or search that specific product instead of just being able to look at ones you saved.
This would be a great feature to add 🫶🏻

LOVE THIS APP!
I absolutely adore that this app exists! I really enjoy being able to browse items from here, rather than on the website. It’s accessible, which makes things easier for me personally, and is very helpful.
The only thing/s that I’m noticing right now (Sept ‘23) is that the app hasn’t had any updates for 8 months, and I’ve been having consistent problems with adding any items to my wishlist. It’ll sit there and load, and then I’ll get an error message 😔
Please give us a rad update and fix this wishlist issue?! I’d be SO happy to update this review, and change my rating to 5 stars 🙌🏼

Some bugs.
I only purchase my jewelry from this website and love the quality! The only problem with the app is that the wishlist doesn’t allow me to add to it, nor does it transfer the things I’ve saved on the website to the app.
Love the Shop, app is rough.
Issues I've encountered on the app that make it unusable to me:
•Doesn't let you add things to wishlists
•Doesn't save orders/shopping cart
If y'all can fix these bugs, I would love to use the app as much as it in place of the website! Convenience sells.

Convenient app
I like the app part of it as it’s easier to have an account and pay with Apple Pay instead of having to plug my credit card info in each time. I wish it was just a bit more organized in a sense of being able to just look for simple basic plugs. Also the add to wishlist or favorite never works for me.

App doesn’t open
I love shopping here for plugs & was so excited to use the app. unfortunately the app doesn’t open. you click it, and it pulls up for a split second and then backs out. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled hoping it would work, still nothing. hoping this gets fixed :(
Needs an Update
Got a new phone and downloaded the app. Worked fine until I signed in and now it won’t let me do anything. I open the app and then it kicks me out. I deleted and reinstalled the app to see if that was the problem but it continued to happen. I quite like this store. Can’t do anything at all now whether I’m logged in or now. Please help.

I love this app I always get exactly what I ordered and I’ve ordered from here a lot not to mention there’s always goodies in my bag bedsides my jewelry love this company keep it up guys you truly are amazing!!!

But this app never lets me save anything to my wishlist. Gives me a “ something went wrong error, try again later” but never fixes. 😔
App design is great... But it won’t let me check out!
The app design makes it really easy for me to navigate around and add things to the cart, but when it’s time to check out it just keep reloading the same page! I tried to pay with Paypal, my credit card, etc. But it once I hit pay it just reloads the page. It’s a shame because I love the plugs and they’re missing out on a $50 purchase.

Also I’ve been trying to confirm a checkout for the last 15 minutes and it just doesn’t work? Like I’ve tried doing it via PayPal, via my card and via Afterpay - but nothing happens. I’ve tried it on wifi and using my data, so I just don’t know what’s going on.
Really like this business though and as long as they can sort out this issue I’ll absolutely keep my business with them.

Good app but needs work
The app is good, but you can’t log in to your account. The filtering options just errors with “NO PRODUCTS.” I will keep the app on my phone and hope they fix the issues above.
