Do not use horrendous
I booked a play on Father’s Day by mistake. I called to change the date of the tickets. Not to cancel but to change the date to another day. After repeated calls and emails I was told there is nothing that can be done. It’s a final sale is what I was told. I can understand that reasoning if I was trying to cancel and get my money back, but that is NOT what I was doing. I just wanted to change the date to be able to bring my Grandson to the play. So no loss in revenue or anything like that to plumb benefits. It’s a matter of customer service and they couldn’t see past the noses on their faces. I would never again use this service and would not recommend anyone else use it.

Even though our policy states that ticket sales are final, we work with our ticket distribution partners as much as possible to create flexibility for situations such as this, and when they grant an exception, we will accommodate our customer requests. Such a handy app to have. I love being able to pull up Plum Benefits anytime, especially when I am traveling or looking for places to eat nearby. I have saved so much money on hotels. It’s super easy to use and helpful.

I have 3 kids who are always looking for something to do on the weekend. I use Plum Benefits often as they have many options to choose from. I also use them often for hotels. I was excited when they announced that there is now an app. It has made shopping even easier.
