I have as much faith in this app as I do in the customer service at your bank in Yuba City California. I’ve lived in several states and this bank and banking app are the worst yet.

The Plumas Bank is one of the easiest of all my bank apps. Clear and simple!
Inconsistent
The app regularly locks me entirely out and I have to call to be unlocked. It says my passcode is incorrect. My passcode is my face sooo. Also doesn’t load or takes forever to load. Not user friendly.

App, after an initial shaky start, has been flawless for the last several years. Specially, pleased with the easy check deposit process.
Needs update badly
This app is way behind the rest of the banking industry. Really needs update and more features. Face ID comparability would be a good start.
Fine but annoying login
Every other app, I have all I need is to copy paste in a text message. With this app, I have to have them call me, I listen for the code and then I type it in. It’s unnecessary and annoying.
