This is (was!) an excellent game that I have been playing since 2014. Sadly however, it no longer runs in the latest iOS release in the US. The game starts, then immediately loses connection to the game server and crashes. RIP Plunder Pirates. You were a game ahead of its time, but is now lost to the ages (posted 8/22/2026).

As of mid August 2026 it seems like they pulled the plug on the game.
Zero warning zero anything and now one even seems to care.
Thanks for all the fun times play and I hope this connection problem is someday resolved but it’s not looking good :(

I have played this game for 1,766 days and I have to say that I have very little to ZERO desire to play this game anymore.
The company that makes it, Midoki over the years have made very lousy decisions and put very little effort into this game! The final straw was when they changed the rewards in the game from 3-6 million gold/ grog / 30 gems for victories in rumbles to 250 / 500 gold / grog and 5 gems. This really upsets me and think this is one of many horrible decisions this company has done to the game!
I hope they rethink this horrible choice and change it back to the larger rewards! I see so many players dropping and and abandoning this game!
Please fix ASAP!!!

Game is crashing non-stop 24th august 2026
Hasn’t worked for days and no response
I liked this game a lot. Not too demanding. Enjoyed the game without being forced to join a group. It quit for me days ago and no one has responded to my emails to the help desk. The online messaging system errored out as well. Will be deleting in a few days more if no response.
Can’t connect to server
Years of playing. All of a sudden the game can’t connect to server after load.
Kicking me out
This just started I log into the game and a pop up comes and say lost connection. I check the connection and restart the game but it says the same thing. Every time I log into the game it kicks me out again hope you can fix it please.

Starting Aug. 21, 2026 NOT Opening
Starting on Aug. 21,2026 using an iPad unable to open App. Starts opening but receive message, “Lost Connection”. Android app on cell phone has no issue. Others playing on Apple receive the same message both in USA and Europe. PLEASE FUX.

Players in this genre of gaming (COC, JH, BB, etc.) will easily hit the ground running! The most F2P game out there & it’s not even close! Considering the recent ruination of SC, seekers of a similar experience will find it here! The game goes up to TH 15 & thankfully is still in smooth operation! I only wish I had found it earlier! Huge shoutout to the Developers, THANK YOU for an epic game, cheers!
