I don’t have many needs for this service, but they guided me through a plumbing issue and it was super seamless, and they’re super nice. I’d recommend this to people that don’t think of themselves as super hands on. If I have any other issues in the future I’ll be using them!

Amazing app and service
I was mostly done with a plumbing project but got a little stuck…all I needed was a little professional guidance to get through my block. But beyond that, Aaron went above and beyond and helped me find the right replacement parts, found them on Amazon but also that they were in stock at my local Home Depot, and guided me on the most reliable way to pick them up (cuz Home Depot employees can make mistakes..). My project was successful without having to call out a plumber to my home, which would have been much more expensive, taken longer, and been more inconvenient. This app and service is top notch and I’m excited at the chance to use it again on my next DIY project..!!

The best use of my iPhone ever!
I had a minor plumbing issue that I thought I could probably fix, but I didn’t really know where to start. I messaged Aaron, sent him some pictures, and he told me exactly what parts to get. I managed the install and then video chatted with Aaron to check my work and get some further advice. Such a perfect use of technology — highly recommend!!

Total miracle
I have used plunjr two or three times, and they are a total miracle. I get expert advice about how to solve problems simply, and often two or three different methods I can use depending on what equipment I have lying around. We just fixed a sink leak that would’ve cost me $200 to fix in NYC if I’d gone out to a quote.

This app and service is a DIYers best friend!! Especially if you are handy but don’t have many handy friends or family to go to- this app gives you your own personal contractor friend that tells you how to correctly do any project you’re willing to tackle. It was also awesome how the first call is free. Can’t recommend this app enough if you’re wanting to do a project yourself but aren’t sure how to tackle it! They helped me plumb a basement bar sink and even gave me links to every item I’d need to get from Home Depot. Such a seamless and helpful process, will definitely be using again for my next DIY projects!

These guys are great - the app is simple and the service is stellar. I’d gotten stuck on a drain swap twice - leaks both times; decided to try the app, got some quick tips for installation and troubleshooting and tried one more time and it worked! I was so close to giving up but Aaron gave me the info and confidence I needed to finish the job!!

I consider myself handy enough but when it comes to old houses, and plumbing that’s been updated over the last 110 years there’s some odd configurations. Aaron is the best. Scheduling and in app communication is so easy. Their ability to explain, educate, and coach is top notch! There is no doubt that they will be on our list as we work through our house fixes in the future.

We have used Plunjr on several occasions. I can’t even tell you how much help and peace of mind we have gotten from using it. We do a lot of work in our house on our own and sometimes we just need a little extra expertise, enter this app! Quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and easy!
We called and were responded to immediately. I believe it was the owner who helped us, extremely knowledgeable and helped us troubleshoot our issue. Offered to help us order a part we had a hard time finding and reassured us they could get it done. We are in Washington state, I believe he said he was in California and that didn’t turn him off one bit in his willingness to go to bat and get us what we needed. We will DEFINITELY be using this service for our DIY projects in the future.

I had a small job that I've been postponing for a while assuming it will require more effort than I was ready to budget for it. I decided to try Plunjr on a Friday evening to get a second opinion, not really hoping to get a response that late. A technician picked up in less than 20s, quickly understood the problem from my description, and suggested an alternative solution that I haven't thought of - in no time! “Dad on demand” - like magic!
Literally searched for “instant plumbing help” and so glad I found Plunjr. My toilet had an issue that needed an answer now. Not “watch 30 minutes of YouTube” or waste hundreds of dollars on a plumber. Within 3 minutes I was connected to Aaron, and he walked me through a solution in under 10 minutes. I knew the fix would be simple! He even sent me the part number I need if it actually breaks. The whole experience was magical, almost too good to be true how easy that was. 10/10 will use again and again.

This app was recommended by a friend - it is brilliant. I was connected to person, Aaron, within 30 seconds. He was personable and knowledge about our plumbing issue. He was able to explain possible solutions clearly and followed up with the necessary equipment and parts through the message feature. I appreciate having the ability to connect with an expert as the internet is “clogged” with too many (bad and good) recommendations/information - it is great having a person to actually speak with and help you decide if this is a project you can tackle on your own or need to call in the experts.

Great App!
I had an issue with my kitchen sink not draining after a new garbage disposal install. I couldn’t figure out why the water wasn’t going down. I did a video call with a plumber on the app and within a minute he knew what the problem was and told me how to fix it. I really like how you can do the video call, talk to someone in the US and show them what the problem is in real time. Great experience! Great app!

I’m a DIYer and consider myself to be pretty handy but when I come across something outside of my comfort zone my go to is Plunjr. They are super responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and very affordable. I’ve used their service many times for plumbing and electrical projects and have successfully completed the tasks each time with their oversight. Highly recommend.
