Bugged up or?
Can’t get past the “let’s start with your address” screen. No matter what I type in any format it doesn’t key up and it doesn’t accept my input. Busted.

I like keeping tabs on my house the way this app reframes it for me. Getting to preview my upgrades based on the home value increase is engaging and insightful. Hoping to see more updates soon.
Compelling experience for homeowners
Similar to mint.com for personal finance, I love how Plunk makes it so easy to visualize my house and its true potential. Looking forward to seeing how the app continues to mature over time!
Can’t sign in via FB, Google or Apple
Downloaded the app and was unable to create an account via FB, Google or Apple sign-in. Had to use my email, had to make my own password (app did not connect with Suggest Password built into my iPhone), didn’t take my phone number so to get verification code I had to leave the app, open email, copy code, return to Plunk). A lot of disengagement risk for us early-adopters!

Can’t sign up
App crashes using Google, and Apple login. And “signUp failed” error occurs when manually trying to sign up.
Best app for info on Home Renovations and home loan options
Plunk is the best app I have used in my long career as a homeowner & investor. It’s Plunk Value is more accurate than most & it is fun to play with the ‘what if’ scenarios of doing different improvements and seeing how my home value is impacted. Love it! KAKREAGER

Super cool to now have intel on renovations and upgrades, etc., so I have some control over my property value. No more ‘flying blind’—when I work on my house, it’ll be with some positive financial objectives in mind. Kinda like I’m investing in Me and my family, since we get to enjoy every addition.

Finally an app for homeowners!
This app helps you figure out your home’s ACTUAL value and your FUTURE potential value. My hubby is a realtor and he was impressed with how accurate the valuations were. It also gives you reno tips based on which home projects will provide the most bang for your buck. Was hoping for an app like this as I’m trying to figure out which home projects to take on this spring.
