Set it up as a route — a numbered walk from coffee to garden to mural — or as a day program of sessions, each with its own room, its own blurb, and tags to filter by. Star the sessions you don't want to miss and the day folds down to just your picks. Everyone still RSVPs once. Introductions. Say hello before the day arrives. Join a campaign, see exactly what gets shared before you agree to anything, and start from an idea its organizers curated. Your event's link is yours. Rename it whenever you like — the old link keeps working, so nothing you've already shared breaks. Plus a calmer map where events cluster together, and a good pass over editing: clearing a place, a date or a blurb now sticks.
