WORST trading App ever
I wish I never used this app, it is buggy and keep freezing causing me to loose lots if money. I am preparing my case and will take them to the court very soon.

Plus 500 restricted my withdrawal
Plus 500 team asking me to provide something my bank don’t provide. I had to replace my debit card because it was faded and couldn’t upload photo of it. Plus 500 team asked for card statement that Nat west don’t provide. After providing bank statement with clearly indicating from each account and when it was transferred to plus 500 it is still not enough for account verification.

There is no option to open buy sell on the chart screen itself making it convenient to trade, instead it takes you to the home page. Also, this transition is a bit slow for high frequency trading.
My plus’s 500 experience
When I first got the app I was spectacle but now I have a deeper understanding of it it’s a extremely good app/ website the hud is clear and simple there’s a demo mode and lots of tools and support there deposits and withdrawals and short and simple and they have ai analytics to help you make a good decision the customer service is great I had a conversation with a employee named llia and they had fast and easy to understand responses they were polite and helpful I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is interested in investing

Had some good positions but they suddenly closed my account!! I was with them for years , when asked them what is the reason they just said they reserve the right to close accounts without reasons.
Be careful
You are sure to lose money here, when traders to lose they will leverage higher and when traders are probable to win, they will give you no leverage at all!
Scam
Today these people took advantage of the news in Iran (strait of Hormuz closing again) they waiting for the oil market to open so people would start putting their buy orders in, 20-30 minutes later they shut off the app servers and no one can get into their accounts. When they eventually allow me access to my account I’m expecting my all my equity to be gone. This is the second time this has happened to me

Terrible Customer Service
I’m unable to withdraw my $1000 deposit without giving them another form of documentation after already providing 3 other forms of documentation I haven’t even been able to trade with the money and just want it refunded but they refuse to do so it has been 2 weeks without any helpful update!!
