subscription doesn’t work and no customer support
paid for a month subscription and got a receipt but doesn’t even work. restore purchases doesn’t work and customer support doesn’t even exist. i can’t even download 2026 levels and it fails to restore my account and purchases
Been playing daily for years
I love the game and enjoy playing three rounds of level six with the free tickets earned every 20 hours. Unfortunately, January won’t load and developer website is down, so daily ritual is lost. Bummer.

Hey there, thanks for your feedback! The 1.2.0 update now saves your game state when closing the app while playing a level. So unless you specifically tap "quit" from the pause screen, you can return to your most recent puzzle later on. Also, we're working on player rewards based on how well you performed while finishing a level.

Great game, no longer supported ??
I have been playing this game every morning for years as it helps me to focus. Unfortunately yesterday it started claiming that my subscription has expired while it is paid until June 2026…! The “Support” button for the app on the App Store opens a web page with the error message saying “Bad Gateway”. Even attempting to cancel the subscription from iCloud Account settings does not work (and no error message explaining why of course as always with Apple for corner cases 🙄)
