Speak your care notes Tap the microphone and say what you did during the visit. Your words appear on screen as you talk, you correct anything that was misheard, and the app tidies it into a clear, properly written note. Read it, change anything you like, then validate — nothing is saved until you do. Prefer your own wording? Save the note exactly as you said it, untouched. Visits that cover several residents A booking for more than one person now shows each of them. Switch resident inside tasks, medications, care notes, incidents and the care plan, and everything you record goes onto the right person's record. Your rota shows at a glance which visits cover a whole household. Keeps working without signal Tasks, medication signatures, care notes, incidents with their photos and visit acknowledgements are now saved on your phone and sent as soon as you have a connection. Anything still waiting is marked "Not synced", and you can send it all yourself with Sync now. Nothing you record is ever deleted. Your messages, in one place A new inbox holds everything the office has sent you. Unread count on the home screen, the complete message rather than the first line, and it all reads offline. Also in this release - Dictation no longer stops after a few seconds. Talk for up to ten minutes, pauses included, and the screen stays awake while you do. - Care notes can be edited while the visit is still open, and now display properly formatted. - Check out at any time once you have checked in. If it is earlier than planned, just tell us why. - Your route is recorded between check-in and check-out, and at no other time. - Fewer crashes, and far fewer error messages that were only ever the signal dropping.
