Última actualización no se pueden descargar recibos

En la ultima actualización, que ha cambiado un poco el aspecto de la app y han implementado el botón de descargar recibo, pero este no funciona, puedo ver el recibo en la app pero al dar en el botón de descarga no sucede nada.

La nueva actualización no reconoce mis datos. Trato de volver a registrarme y me indica ya registrado. Vuelvo a iniciar sesión y no reconoce mis datos. Esta actualización es como una novela de Kafka.
