Plain & simple: no information given a valid BOL

App doesn’t work - waste of time

Unfortunately, I’ve learned the hard way twice now that Plycon doesn’t have any customer service, let alone a working mobile app to track your shipment. This time, I’m over two months from when they took my package and have been told 4 weeks in a row it would be here that week. They have no working tracking and their dispatchers either have no tracking software or just have no idea where their packages are.
