Plymouth Harbor Beacon

Beacon is the resident app for Plymouth Harbor in Sarasota, Florida. It is for people who live here, and you will need your Plymouth Harbor sign-in to use it. Everything that used to mean a phone call, a noticeboard or a printed sheet is in one place. WHAT IS ON TODAY See the day's events, sign up with one tap, and add them straight to your own calendar. Today's menus for every dining room, so you know what is being served before you go down. STAYING IN TOUCH Messages from the Plymouth Harbor team, and private messages between neighbors. A directory of residents and staff, with campus phone numbers you can tap to call. YOUR DAY, MADE EASIER Book a ride to an appointment. Send a maintenance or housekeeping request and follow what happens to it. Find documents, newsletters and forms without hunting for the paper copy. SOMETHING TO DO The Bay, where neighbors share photos and news. Groups and committees. A daily quiz, a daily word, and a handful of quiet games. MADE FOR HOW YOU ACTUALLY USE A PHONE Large, high-contrast type that gets bigger if you want it to, and a reading setting that will read a page aloud. Face ID keeps your messages private if your phone is picked up by somebody else. A Home Screen widget shows what is on today without opening anything. And if the wifi drops, Beacon still shows you today. Beacon is provided by Plymouth Harbor, Inc. for its residents. If you are not a resident, this app will not be useful to you.
