Does not work

Kicks you out constantly and has no feature to remember your library card details, which means you have to get your card out each time. It’s been like this for years so I have little hope it’ll ever improve

Works and saves carrying the card

Does the job.

Doesn’t work!

I search for a book but the results won’t load. It randomly logs me out. It unlinks my account from my children’s accounts. It doesn’t remember your login info, which means I have to dig out mine and my children’s library cards just to get back on the app. There are no alerts or notifications that books are in transit or ready for collection: you have to keep checking the app, which is useless because as I’ve already said, it logs you out and then it’s a nightmare to even log back in. Yes you do get an email to tell you a book has arrived, but not until the next day, which is irritating when the library is only open 2 days a week and you then have to wait until the next time it’s open to collect the book. Why does this app not give an alert that a book is in transit or has arrived? The scanning function doesn’t ever work for me. This has been an issue for so long that I’ve just lost hope that it’ll ever get fixed. It’s clearly not a priority for anyone and that really does annoy me. I’ve given up trying to use it now

Great when it actually works

The search function is terrible and rarely works. Just ends up stuck saying there are results for your search but not showing them and your only option is to close the app.

Has happened on multiple occasions on different days.
