Unable to log in

States password is incorrect despite being able to login online and after password resets.

I understand the login method has caused frustration for a lot of users. I'm happy to announce that a new login method is being used for this updated version of the app. Instead of asking for a password that differed from the website login, a simple email verification is being used. There have been several other improvements to the app, such as navigation and improved functionality for videos and oral board questions.

Fix and update your app

Sadly, for the price we pay for the qbank and videos, they havent updated their app in 2 months. I cant login, despite password resets. Customer service redirects me to password resets. Using the webpage version on mobile redirects you to the app and doesnt function well.

Please guys fix your app!!

Would not recommend. If you can find another PM&R qbank that’s comparable, go with that one. Recap is too low quality and not worth the money right now.

Thank you for voicing your concern. I'm happy to announce a new version of the app has been released with several improvements to the app. The login method has been changed to a email verification, navigation in the app has been improved as well has the bug fix to the video audio and Oral Board questions are now operational. PM&R Recap has gone through several changes to improve customer experience, such as adding a dedicated support team that can be reached at support@pmrrecap.com. There are several new enhancements coming in the near future, like QBank analytics and video watch progress to start again where you left off on a video.

I understand the previous login method was cumbersome and have fix it with this new version of the app. The login method now uses an email verification system that will streamline the login process for the mobile app.

Unable to log in on app, no issues on desktop or iPhone chrome

This app initially worked for me, however, after less than a week of using the app I can no longer log in with my username and password. I have no issues logging in on chrome on my iPhone or on my laptop. Not really sure what’s going on with the app but currently for me it is not usable.

I'm happy to announce that the login process has been fixed and now uses an email verification instead of a password login method. I hope you'll be able to give the mobile app another chance as there have been several other improvements and more to come.

Unusable

Haven’t been able to log in to my account on the app, but no problems on the desktop.
