I have downloaded this app and when open, it is showing to update and when trying to update app then in app store, it is not showing for updation. I am unable to open app due to this issue

When i try to log in to the app, it says that a new version is available and asks me to update. However when i m directed to App store, no update is available and i m unable to open the App.
