Utilizing this app, the customer can make appointment with the service technicians on the equipment that needs attention such as servicing, diagnosing or in maintaining. The customer can also provide a review on the work completed. There is a timer in the app that will provide the customer the amount of time spent by the technician to perform the task. Depending on the rate of the given task and the amount of time spent, the technician will be paid accordingly.
