Sad Customer
The app wasn’t bad when/if you could log on. At this point I haven’t been able to log on for a couple months so it’s useless now.
Why is this even still available??
It’s quite a joke that I get emails reminding me that PMB has an “easy to use customer portal”. This “app” is completely useless as you aren’t even able to log in period, ever. They need to stop advertising this because it doesn’t and has NEVER worked!!! 😡 There isn’t even a contact number on their website, you are forced to email with any inquiries and then wait for their response. I wish I had known the customer service was so non-existent! Thankfully I’m almost paid off and won’t have to deal with it anymore!
