This app would not let me sign in despite knowing my ID and password. VERY frustrating
This app is terrible!
I have been trying to login and I keep getting “Error, username or password incorrect.” The username and password work just fine when I login online. If I could rate this app using negative stars, I would rate it -5.
Nice feature set. Could use some polish
The app feature I was most interested in using was the check deposit option. This works and checks post to your account quickly. If the reader isn’t able to decode the donor name and address fields as was the case in 2 of the 3 checks I deposited you have to enter it all manually.
Entering the donor info on the form works but is clunky. Names are not automatically capitalized (minor nit). All fields couldn’t be reached without clicking Enter which isn’t intuitive. It appears to be a web form used inside a mobile app that could use a little cleanup.
I checked out email campaign tools and they’re web focused as well and a little tricky to use in a mobile app. The list building could use a very simple option of “only send to those that haven’t donated this year” so you’re not asking someone to donate again in the same fundraising period.

Can’t log in
Can’t log in. Crashes when I enter my password. Password and log in are correct. Only crashes when I enter the correct password.
