Very bad experience
The app freezes all the time. I have spoken to so many people at the global conference 2025 and everyone is complaining about the app.

UI is alright but UX is poor. It’s clear this wasn’t tested because it freezes so much that it makes it unusable. Very disappointed for the amount of money we pay to this organization.
