Unable to report manual PDUs
I’m not able to report other PDUs. Only those linked to my learning account. I have to go to the website to report those.
Useless.
The lack of functionality is substantial.
Easy of submitting PDUs
PMI provides a great platform to seamlessly process PDU in the system.

Limited App
Seems like a beta version of an app. Nice to see certification details, but many information and features of missing. The infinity AI is also very limited and runs into problems sometimes. I prefer ChatGPT or other AI tools.
Cannot use whole screen
I can I change the screen to do anything - cannot log in or anything.
Great App!
I like that I can review my certification, pdus, etc and that I can use the infinity AI tool
App Doesn’t Work
App immediately closes on opening. Deleted app and re-installed but same result.
Unusable
When I try to open the app it immediately closes. Totally unusable. Uninstalled it.
Crashing Mess
When I first installed the app, I was pleased with it. Now it repeatedly crashes and is completely unusable. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and it doesn’t fix the issues.
Hangs on opening page
Does not work on iPhone 14 - hangs on opening screen
App Crash
The updated app crashes every time when I click on the “Cert” choice at the bottom of the screen. I’m logged into my PMI account when this happens. Please advise

Not a functioning app
This app essentially just redirects you to a website. Which defeats the purpose of the app. It doesn’t allow me to view course work or progress, no steaks or anything the mockup pictures look good, but the app looks nothing like that and lacks all functionality
Useless app
What a piece of garbage, you can only view your certifications and not even all of them. The five star reviews are probably all fake from the developers themselves or sychophants. I cannot purchase or register for any PDUs, so basically it’s a stupid useless wrapper. Good job at mediocrity. Might as well use the mobile responsive website instead of this trash.

Changed my type settings
I changed my type settings and I was able to log on. I love the app. I have everything I need right at my fingertips.
