Vaporware
Another confirmation that PMI is simply a cash grab. This app does not allow you to use PMI’s Google account login. When I contacted PMI’s support chat service I was told to use Android. Worthless.

gives an error message that pmi.org does not comply with google’s sign in security when logging in using google account.
Login issue
There is an issue with gmail login user and even trying with password and passkey. It doesn’t work.
Slow and awkward
I wanted to study while commuting, but this app is pretty useless. Awkward and extremely slow so I stick with the website.

Useless app if you use a Google account
Keep receiving error that PMI Study Hall does not use secure servers so the Google SSO does not work and you cannot log in in the app.
Nothing but a blank screen
There isn’t anything on the menu besides a blank screen that says nothing available.
GOOGLE SSO is a No Go
The biggest complaint as you will see for this app is that the Google SSO does not work as the PMI app does not meet the requirements to log in. Yes you can access the Study Hall on a computer via a browser however that is obviously not on the go friendly. I reached out to PMI customer service to get help but they say it is NOT recommended to use their own app as it’s outdated and the only way to use the study hall is via web browser. Haven’t tried it yet on my phone but I doubt it will be smooth. So if you want PMP study on the go, don’t plan on direct with PMI.

Embarrassingly bad for a “professional”. organization
PMI study hall is shockingly bad: it’s slow, buggy and feels unfinished. It’s embarrassing that an organization which claims to uphold professional standards would release and charge for such poorly made app. PMI should be ashamed of collecting premium fees for an app that performs like beta test. Until they fix their app, I strongly recommend anyone to avoid spending their money for this app.

Can’t use Google Sign in
My PMI account/membership was setup through my Google sign in. I bought the Study Hall on my desktop and figures it would be good to have the companion app to go along with it and do quizzes on the go.
But, when I tried to sign in and did the authentication, I received a “Access blocked: PMI’s request does not comply with Google’s policies” error. So the app is useless to my.

Cannot access via Google account
I registered my PMI account with my Google account and cannot log in to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's security policies. This renders the app useless and I cannot study via my phone.

What everybody else has been saying for years in the reviews yet PMI has clearly made no effort to correct. WHAT IS UP WITH THE JAPANESE I CANT TURN OFFFF!!!!!!!! This app is hairbrained garbage. PMI as an organization doesn’t practice what they preach, I’m concerned the certification I’ve spent so much time and money on is going to soon be worthless because the organization that provides it is clearly incompetent.

Downloaded the app to use the Study Hall subscription I paid for. Logged in and it opened my phone’s browser and then…nothing. White page stuck on loading.
If you’re not going to support this app, take it down from the App Store. lol. I don’t think the developers are following their own PMBOK. Jesus
