Crashed
Whatever “bugs” were fixed recently made it worse. I had the app open and it crashed and it won’t reopen. I don’t want to uninstall it and reinstall it because all of my progress will be lost.
I love it!
I have used it for 3 different cycles. Never had an issue.
Useless
The app does not generate a certificate with a score and my command ESO will not accept this. Can app development team change this? e-Learning generates a Certificate with a test score. This app gives me my individual score but I can’t send two screenshots or prove the screenshot is from my app to my leadership for my EAW. Also, wherever the certificate goes to it doesn’t reflect in my training record.

Don’t join the navy
Like the title says, never join the navy because not only will they never advance you, they will make it a pain in the a— just to do it. Welcome to the PMK-EE app. If there is anyone in the upper navy reading this, I promise you no one has ever taken the time to learn everything on here. I know that because if google doesn’t know the answers to every question on here, no one does. Remove this from the requirements for advancement. I beg of you.

Wasting time
One thing navy really good at doing is wasting people time. This is one of them.

I took the same course twice. All my answers were shown correct in the end, but for some reason it showed me score of 53% and 43% :(
Can’t get past Disclaimer window
App downloaded, I went to open it, the first thing you see is a disclaimer. I scroll to the bottom, hit “accept” and nothing happens. It stays on that screen.
Certificates are invalid
I completed the PMK EE4 and my command doesn’t see it in their database.

Will not be using again
This app works good if you get all the tests done right away. However if you finish a category (or 4) and don’t complete it, there’s a chance when you get back in all your progress will be lost! I did not delete or remove the app and this has happen to me more than once. Do not recommend using this to complete your PMK-EEs. If you just want to practice or see the types of questions it could be beneficial.

Fix the email issue.
In case it wasn’t obvious, this app is trash for sole the fact you can’t email the completed PMK-EE consistently, if even rarely.
I only recommend this if E-Learning won’t load for crap.

Worst app ever
I completed everything than it erased it
Describe the navy in one app
I don’t even know where to start. It crashed on me several times, it doesn’t save your certs, it’s very slow, everybody googles the answers, and it’s just one big waste of time that I coulda used to study for my advancement exam.
Completed courses suddenly shown as incomplete
I completed and passed 3 exam courses for E4 eligibility. After all that time spent the app froze and stopped working. I deleted the app and then downloaded it again. It started working again but displayed that I had not completed any courses. I spent a lot of valuable time taking those exams and was so excited to have finally passed them, just to find out that I have to start all over again because a glitch in the app.

I finished my Pmk-ee on this app got my certificate and everything, but I need to send it to my LPO through the app, but I had deleted the app, and it lost all of my data of me ever doing it. So I might not be eligible to take the exam bc of it.

Omg. I was freaking out because E Learning was not working for me at home. I tried 3 different computer in 2 different locations and the website was completely down on the last day that PMK’s are due for eligibility. That was my fault for procrastinating until the last minute. I almost gave up until my friend told me about this app. After reading the reviews I was skeptical that it wouldn’t work. This app has mostly bad reviews. At this point it was a 50/50 chance it would work and my PMK would be completed on time or I would just have to try again next exam cycle. WELL IT WORKED!!! I took me 1.5 hours to complete. I also downloaded the original mailing app with the white envelope and blue background first before starting it and made sure my email was connected to that before starting and finishing the PMK. It also will ask you for you DOD once you finish and you can save your certificate to your camera roll, and files before emailing it to yourself. The email was an actual certificate not a file or PDF that I know of. THE APP WORKS. They definitely considered all the reviews they got from 1-2 years ago and definitely made fixes to the app as well as notes to help guid you in the app if you don’t know what to do. Definitely will be using again if I ever need to.
