I’ve been using PMU sign since they launched a few years ago and it’s the absolute best consent form app! I love that I can send my clients their forms ahead of time saving me valuable time in my day.

This app is a game changer! I love how simple and easy it is to use and that you can use their forms, edit them to your liking, or import your own! Easy to send a link to clients to fill out forms ahead of time or link to your booking site. And the cost is very affordable!

Mobile friendly consent form
I really enjoy having a mobile friendly consent form for my PMU clients to complete prior to our session. Saves a lot of time and I can answer any questions they have before they arrive regarding what they are signing.

This has made it much more convenient for me as far as keeping documents and having clients use. There are some things that can use an improvement but overall I enjoy using this for my forms! Took me a while to figure out and use but the templates and how to’s definitely help!

LOVE PMU SIGN!
I’ve been using this app for the last few months and it has saved me so much time and finally allowed me to go paperless for clients to fill out their paperwork before appointments! So so thankful for PMU sign!
Easy to use!
For a PMU artist this app is fantastic. So easy to create my forms and track my clients. The reason I deducted a star is because if I leave the app open for a couple days and then try to input a new form, it doesn’t load and I have to delete the app and re download. Have had to do this about 100 times in the last 1.5 years.

Very glitchy
Not worth the $10 subscription. I can barely edit these forms and my clients have a hard time filling out. It makes it really stressful when app isn’t cooperative during an appointment 😫 this was recommended by my school but I feel like its to complicated and having to many issues. Will be switching to jotform

It’s ok
This is a Ok app. It will be better if we can edit it on our phones. I’m about to have to find another app just because of this reason. Please update the app where you are able to edit from the phone.
Does not work!!!
This app doesn’t work unless you have a computer, it’s super hard to build the forms in the computer after you agree to pay them $10 upfront. Do your research there are better apps out there.
So convenient for my business!
I own a permanent makeup studio, I love having all of my forms digital. A client comes in, I open the app, they sign the form and that’s it!
Cannot create an account
I downloaded the app. It offers login, but nowhere is sign up for the first time. So impossible to open the app..
