It’s a great App helps you to keep on top of the messages that the AI assistant passes on to you saves time and a lot of missed calls
Been using it a few weeks but I’m already impressed
Only started using this so still finding my feet, but it brill so far. What’s really stood out was how much it knows your business, so my customers actually get proper answers when I can’t get to the phone.
I’m quite a visual person, so having all the leads land on one dashboard is a neat addition.
Also had a play with the different voice options, worth a go for that alone 😆

Paid for itself already
Tried a few receptionist softwares but being a Powered Now customer thought I’d give it a go. Set it up the other day and it’s already booked 2 jobs I would’ve otherwise missed.
I really like that you can pick the voice and put custom prompts in to customise it, instantly sounds like how I would answer the phone.

Never miss a call now, evenings and weekends are free to do other things.
All messages are transcribed and sent in an email too.
Takes a little bit of getting used to, and some customers will hang up when they realise it AI, but as a small company this is a massive time saver.

Powered Now user here, this is a really helpful addition. It saves me missing calls from customers. The auto transcript and SMS is a useful feature as well.
