Such high security is not needed
The app asks to change password very often. Whenever I open it to recharge it asks to change password. This is frustrating. Even, GMail has not asked me to change password since 2016.
Worst Application
One of the worst application I ever seen. Not even single time this application is in working condition. Every time when I try to open this application it shows “sorry, we are currently facing technical problems. Please try again” PNB either should close this application or must improve.

It’s constantly throwing the error of “connection failed to server.
Login failure
I just downloaded this app to keep a tab on the amount I have in my fastag and the app is a complete failure because it doesn’t let me login with my registration credentials and keeps giving an error failure to connect to server. Instead of having a different app just for fastag which isn’t working most of the times, why don’t the developers integrate this feature in PNB One app itself so that the tag uploading and viewing the amount is seamless and without hiccups? For the time being it’s an utterly useless app.

Unable to reset user name and password. User name entry is dummy but system show error please enter user name.
Easy to Use
User friendly app and its easy to use. Thanks for wonderful app. Reloading is easy with this app.
