Password never works
The password works on line but never with the app. Very frustrating.
Paper
I start my mornings with reading the paper. However, it takes forever to actually get into it. I have to close the app several times, click the download button, and sometimes it still won’t come up. I’ve been trying for an hour now to no avail. It’s a little frustrating at times.
No content
No local content in a local paper.
Stale Dated News
Not the good old days for sure. The news is usually a day and a half stale and there is little or no local content. The sports page is a joke but not as funny as the cartoons, more like an obituary page!
Day old news
The news we get from this paper is a day or two old before we receive it in print. In this day and age. Do better for your readers.
Editorials
I do enjoy reading your paper, but I find your editorials are more right wing all the time. I would like to see a balance. Last week there was an editorial basically alluding to something the pope did years ago, even though he said there was no proof. It’s unfair, and abysmal timing to publish this. Think, use a bit of good taste.

Horrible!
Been unable to access from the app in over a week. Countless calls to get help, calls disconnected EVERY time they transfer me to someone. Email to customer service tells me to contact by phone. Cannot update any personal info in the app, which would have made my life so much easier.

Since the demise of The Telegram - paper edition, the Friday edition is just a compilation of yesterdays / weeks news. There is absolutely NOTHING NEW. Why have we been downgraded to a one day a week online edition. We deserve better.

Can’t seem to pay for a digital subscription, though.
Outstanding E paper.
After delivery troubles because of our location, we switched to the online paper, and discovered we love it. This paper is intuitive, easy to use, way more convenient than the paper edition. We sit and read stories to each other over coffee, and enjoy reading all the regional papers. I strongly encourage everyone to subscribe, and keep the flame of local journalism burning.

Well, there are several things to consider about this Monday E-edition.
First: there was a price increase recently, and now we lose our Monday hardcopy delivery.
Second: there are no obituaries in Monday’s paper. Who wants to pay for an obituary one very few people are reading the paper ???
Third: there are no puzzles or word games in the Monday edition.
Combined…… this is a great disservice to all of the loyal customers like ourselves.

Froze my iPhone for hours. Spent ages working with a technician online to restart the phone.

Worse than Home Delivery
I thought that I would get much better service with an electronic subscription than relying on the underpaid carriers. Wow was I mistaken. The last two Saturdays I have had whole sections missing from my e-edition. How does that even happen and when you try to call, you get nothing but automated replies.

I can’t get today’s paper! Just yesterday’s comes up. Please fix this asap or I’ll cancel. No point in subscribing to yesterday’s news.
App no longer works
This app has had some recent modifications. It used to work well and allowed access to all the Saltwire publications. Currently, no publication is loadable and customer support does not respond. *** Update 2022 03 05 *** They we’re hit by a cyberattack on PressReader and need time to restore service. *** Update 2022 03 11 *** You need to delete the app and reinstall it to regain access otherwise you will get “network not available”.

Software glitches are too common.
Lost a couple of days of the Herald when the apps wouldn’t function properly. On my Chromebook it was fixed for one day and now I can’t access the current paper again. Looking at other options for news.
