Extremely limited choice
It’s an excellent move at initiate ebook reading to cultivate reading habit but not with these limited choices. No updates on the book selection and lousy user interface. I wonder how much had been spent on such lousy app. Disappointing

Can someone from the IT team do something about the app? I’m not sure how could we nurture the community of reading if our Government app isn’t even working properly for us to read online easily. Forever can’t see the list and can’t download the books.
National shame
The app is sluggish, slow, buggy, and after go through all the trouble, most books are not available, what a National joke!
Useless app
Why so useless the apps, cant even login. Reset password also still unable to login.
Pathetic book choice
As a National Library, if these are the only book choices you have, it’s such an utter shame! Pathetic! Learn from our neighbour Singapore’s NLB! I feel envious of those who can read almost any books they want from their NLB in Singapore. How I wish our PNM can have such wide range of books to read from too! So I downloaded this app to browse through but to my much dismay, there’s almost nothing I can read from.

Apps cannot open
Whenever i try to open the app, it will go back to homescreen. Pls fix this

Everytime i tap the app to open, it immediately back to homescreen. How can i read when i cant even open the app. Please fix this. This is so embarrassing for so called national library.
Total rip-off
I suspect another scam has been initiated by PNM & elib esentral. Nothing works can’t download and read any of so called ebooks. Worst ever national library’s management. Pls sack this incompetent developer.

The ‘my profile’ button was suddenly gone, hence I can’t access my reserve lists etc. pls help.

I try to read for the first time.. every timE i want to read it will automatically log out my acc..so how can i start to read all the book I borrowed?
Can’t turn sign in
Hi PNM, when I try to sign in, it says that i’ve used up all of five activation. It told me to deactivate from other devices. The problem is, there’s no other devices i sign in. So how i’m supposed to deactivate the account when the devices i used to sign in is this ipad only?

Please update your tags
During PKP last year the navigation and search engine on the apps are very helpful. You can put the publisher name and a list of novels will be displayed but at the time im writing this review, no matter how many times I type in the publisher or the author or the title of the novel im searching, it will always shows no result for ‘’?? But the novel is there??
